For the current content out right now, your only option is the Forsaken complete collection...which includes everything in year1 & year2). Then, if you also want to get Shadowkeep, you’ll want to preorder either Shadowkeep, Shadowkeep deluxe edition, or the Shadowkeep collectors edition (dont buy the “no code” option).

Essentially 1 is just Shadowkeep dlc, 1 is Shadowkeep dlc & year3 dlcs, & 1 is Shadowkeep & year3 dlcs & some limited edition items. See more here ( https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Destiny/Shadowkeep )
