Cant complete Fallen Transponder
I already collected it but the mission says that I still need to collect the first node in The Drain. When I went back to check it was gone.

If you're clicking the middle part of the transponder and it's making node 1 flash, that's normal. If each node is blue, then you're good to go to the Farm and do the Zero Hour mission.
