I purchased the game via the battle.net store and I have confirmed with a blizzard GM that the game was purchased and paid for but it is not saying that I have bought the game on bungie's game history. I have been getting the error code saxophone when i start the game but I have done everything that has been suggested. Is there anyway bungie can authenticate / authorise that my purchase from blizzard has been processed?
