Like many other players, my characters were also heavily affected by the jubilant knockout list bug during the revelry event.
Even when trying to fill the missing items by purchasing multiple jubilant engram bundles, the results were only even more duplicates with no completion of the missing armor pieces. My accounts were not picked up by the method that identified affected player accounts who received the first fix attempt back in May.
Are there any recent improvements to identify affected players more accurately who did not get picked up the first time? The official jubilant engram help article hasn't been updated for a while and I see a lot of players reporting similar circumstances and the possibility that if they didn't receive any engram compensation in the May fix, they won't qualify for any further fixes, given that the affected account identification methods are not improved.

Same thing happened to me,got the chestplate on my warlock twice and never got it on my hunter or titan,got my engrams but sadly no armor and i even spent leftover silver i had trying to get it but had no luck

I'm in the exact same boat. Looking back, I should've recorded myself at Eververse, trying and failing to complete the collection on my Hunter, buying more silver, only to fail again, and again, and again. I spent so much to complete one character that I didn't even try to finish my armor sets on my other characters. The only proof that I have is my silver purchase history. Hopefully they'll be able to take care of us.
