You don't even need to do it.
Do the rocket launcher one, then claim it. Then run the nightfall as per the nightfall one and it gives you the rocket launcher one back.
Rinse and repeat until 4 are done.

Erm, yes it does. This is how I completed it. It's also how everyone I know completed it.

I mean, I [u]don't have it[/u] now because I've [u]completed it[/u], but I [u]can't receive it again[/u] as well. In other words, I only can receive one unit of each map fragment per character's life (maybe, because I haven't tried it on another character). It's most likely that receiving one more rocket launcher step is a bug too.
