What does it take to get a downed corsair badge?
I have been in the dreaming city for 2 days grinding over 12 hours for a frickin badge to drop. What have I gotten for the effort. Zip zero nada. Thanks bungie for locking yet more content behind "rng".

If I remember correctly, they drop from scorn captains in the dreaming city.
