Heavy FPS Drops and Stutters

Specs: AMD Rx580 4Gb Ryzen 1600x Processor 3.2Mhz Windows 10 (Latest Update) 19.5.1 For Radeon Drivers Acer Free Sync 75hz Monitor So I am not sure what’s up. According to Bungies website and other benchmarks, I should be able to run this game fine (recommended). But for a while now I am struggling to maintain a steady FPS. In combat or looking at certain areas, my FPS drops to the low 40s for some reason and the stutter makes it damn near impossible to play. I’ve tried everything. Deleting CvArS, checking for memory leaks, looking at my GpU, CPU, lowering graphics, upping graphics so it puts strain on my GpU instead of CPU. Anything you can imagine, I’ve tried. I’m running other games fine, such as Warframe or Overwatch at a solid 75 FPS. It’s just Destiny 2 that I’m struggling with Any help would be highly appreciated :) Edit: I’ve asked clan mates on various games, they’re telling me that I shouldn’t be having problems with those specs. Maybe it’s a bad Motherboard?
