As many of you know, Prince Uldren was resurrected by a ghost named Pulled Pork. Here is the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evJPzdkwy04 . For those of you who are not lore enthusiasts the first instinct a guardian has after first being resurrected is to travel to the tower. Uldren has not made it to the tower yet so it is 100% safe to assume that there is something preventing him for doing that. We also know Uldren was resurrected during the dreaming city curse. I don't know if guardians are immune to the dreaming city's curse or not but Uldren was a corpse in the beginning of this curse. If we assume that Uldren was resurrected during the first 3rd week of the curse then it would explain how Mara eventually found him being resurrected. She just found him walking around and traced back each 3rd week until she found the location and time of his resurrection.
I think this is kinda funny, every 3 weeks Uldren gets resurrected gasping for air and removing that cloth over his face. Uldren will finally make it to the tower when the dreaming city curse comes to an end. Hopefully that will happen at the end of this season.

5 RepliesUldren hasn't been lucky enought to get the Shattered throne ship so he can't leave the Dreaming city
-
He can get a ship and fly out?
-
He probably got lost in that damn dreaming city mist. I know I've gotten turned around for longer than I'd like to admit before... And I've been playing for years. This guy just woke up. Probably doesn't even know what button switches weapons yet.
-
4 RepliesNope, he hasn’t made it to the tower because everyone keeps shooting him on site. He has died 20,000 deaths just travelling 400 meters.
-
He's probably lost roaming the DC. Probably stops to take a dump on every loot chest scattered around. This explains why we get blue shit when we open them.
-
2 RepliesGuardians and Ghosts are immune to the curse. The Awoken (non-Guardians) are aware of the curse but can do nothing to change their fates. It’s unclear how the Taken are affected. So we know Uldren is not trapped in the curse.
-
Because they probably forgot they resurrected him.
-
6 RepliesHow did people even get this cut scene? I still haven’t seen it in game.
-
1 ReplyGuardians and Mara are Paracausal and immune from the Curse. The Awoken are only partially Paracausal and even if they are unable to physically deviate from events, they still retain their memories of each cycle.
-
4 RepliesI was under the impression that guardians were immune form the curse due to our connection to the light. And since the awoken have a slight connection they are aware of it, but not able to move outside of it. Either way. Uldren would have trouble finding a ship to use to get to the tower. We were lucky to be rezzed in a shipyard... with a single working(but also broken enough that statistically we should have blown up) ship within walking distance to us Remember that most guardians in lore(that i know of), including Zavala and Orin(off the top of my head), had to walk to the city
-
2 RepliesHe hasn't made a move because he isn't Uldren anymore.
-
2 RepliesWhy is the ghost called Pulled Pork? Where did we get that?
-
1 ReplyHe’s probably hiding out with Mara while she explains to him what’s happening.
-
60 Replies“Hopefully”? No. That’s the one reason I WISH the curse will never end. Who the hell wants that asshat closer to US?
-
1 ReplyHe's not a Prince anymore, he's a Risen. The Awoken are very strict about letting their past go if one of their past awoken get resurrected. They don't talk about it nor do they refer to it. So if Mara didn't intercept him herself, he's out there on his own. His days as the Awoken Prince are long over.
-
2 Repliesmaybe... see, yes it's cool what you said as I have not thought of it that way but... That means riven keeps coming back... Riven never died in this instance... Yet the curse lives on? Or does it restart because we kill riven on week 1 (canon)?
-
that or maras just keeping him
-
2 RepliesWe are immune to the curse. It’s why the Dreaming City is so dangerous to us, but also why we’re the only ones equipped to fight it.

For those of you who are not lore enthusiasts the first instinct a guardian has after first being resurrected is to travel to the tower.
Where did you get that from?
-
4 RepliesProbably becuse bungie is too busy writing about the hive(again) to flesh out his continued story line.
-
3 RepliesIn the Reckoning, the Emissary says "the Queen and her Hunter send their regards" Quite possibly Mara has intercepted Uldren before he could do anything
-
He's not my prince. I just call him Uldren.
-
1 ReplyI hope he makes it to the tower and is the next hunter vanguard and we all have to look at him be very confused as to why everyone hates him because he has no memory of his past life or deeds.
-
Not sure that’s true about every guardian having the instinct to go the city, think ghost just tells them to
