Whether you want what he is selling or not, ALWAYS buy what he is selling BEFORE picking up the Fated if you haven't picked it up at some point. Buying the Queenbreaker from him for 29 Shards even knowing you would probably never use it might sound like a waste of Shards, but it removes it from the Fated loot pool. I've bought plenty of things from him that I KNEW I would never use. Heck of a lot cheaper than taking a gamble on not getting it for 97 Shards and if you DON'T buy it when he is selling it for cheap then you eventually WILL get it for 97 Shards if you keep visiting him. ;)

My nephew did this...after realizing he didn't have some weapon he was selling. Needless to say, he buys everything now.
