PS4 to PC
Hi quick question, so I'm moving to pc this fall now if I buy shadowkeep on steam now will I be able to link it with my PS4 account?

No. If you buy Shadowkeep on Steam, you will only be able to pay it on Steam. You would also have to buy it for PS4 to play it there.
