Edit: Never mind, you should still be good! I hate to break it to you, but you have missed the code cut-off date. Bungie will send out a notice that you have a reward via e-mail, but a lot of times it's being interpreted as spam and dumped by a lot of e-mail providers. This is especially true of Apple. What you would have wanted to do last week would be to have gone to the https://www.bungie.net/rewards and requested the code for your raid jacket. This would have also sent the redemption link to you via e-mail, but you could have possibly troubleshot the issue right then and there. I use gmail, and don't have issues receiving e-mail from Bungie, but I do not always get e-mails for rewards when I unlock them. I always go to the rewards site to request them. If you want to plead your case, though, you can go to the Bungie store support form and request help there. The store staff are the only ones that can help you here. The Bungie staff that help people on this forum can't help with store related issues. Best of luck to you.
