I've been having issues as well. I usually run D2 at 4k60fps on an OLED Tv with no problems (and settings tweaked) with the following hardware: i7-6700 16 gb RAM RTX 2070 (overclocked using MSI Afterburner) The weird thing though? It specifically drops to 30 fps when it drops, no lower. And it doesn't seem to have anything to do with what's happening in game. It's just a s likely to happen while I'm in a menu equipping new gear as it is in the middle of the Menagerie. It seems somewhat linked to loading new areas though. So for example, running from zone to zone on the Leviathon makes the fps drop from 60 right to 30 for about a minute, and then it reverts back to 60, then it happens again sporadically. But at the same time, it also just happens when I've been in a ptrol zone for almost an hour. Just random cut in half fps, then bouncing back and forth. Very strange, and very annoying, unfortunately.

I have a better set-up than the guy below and Im getting shit performance after this update.

The game is poorly optimized. Each update tanks performance. They know it’s an issue but they give 0 shits I have a Ryzen 1600 processor AMD Rx580 4gb VRAM 8Gb Ram Yeah they’re not the best components, but according to Bungie’s list and other benchmark sites. I should be able to run this game fine, and at high settings I’m literally running 75fps, everything set to low or off, Render scale 75%, FOV 95 and I’m still dropping frames like crazy. Yet I’m running other games like Warframe, Overwatch or SCP Secret Laboratory at a solid 75FPS on Medium to High Settings
