No matter how much me and my brother tries we cannot get Refer-a-Friend to work. I've sent him a referral link and he has accepted it, yet on the Refer-a-Friend site it says "Awaiting player to purchase Forsaken and Create a Character". This shouldn't be an issue since he both own Forsaken and has three characters, and I don't see how we can solve it as of now. Any help regarding this issue is greatly appreciated!
