Refund is of no interest for me. To be able to play that account again is the aim. I have read the ban policies in depth but you don't get if you don't try. Thanks for the reply.

Bungie doesnt reply to bans or undo bans. The srt team did a thorough investigation before the ban was issued. It wasnt just an insta ban

Have you even read the Eula or other posts like the one you made and have you seen anyone from those posts get their accounts back? If the Eula was illegal then Bungie would have been sued for it by the country that found it to be illegal but as you can see this hasn’t happen. Just because you stated a law will not get your account back, if you don’t like the outcome from the ban, sue Bungie. I’m sorry you have your account banned but once it’s banned, it’s banned for good.
