During the honor among thieves quest line I’m seeing a bug several other people on PS4 are experiencing. When trying to buy the jerky from the spider his regular shop takes priority over the black market shop and there doesn’t seem to be anyway to access the other shop to advance the quest. Disabling and restarting the quest only allows a brief glimpse of the black market shop before switching back to his regular goods. I’ve attached a link to another thread about this issue and hope to see a patch soon. It’s been days at this point with no solution. It sucks to feel like you’re being barred from the content you’ve payed for.
