Destiny 2 moving to Steam
If I purchase Destiny 2 from Battlenet before the move to Steam will I still be able to play Destiny 2 without having to buy it from steam?

Yes. All licenses will be moving with the migration from Blizzard to Steam. You will not have to repurchase the same license on Steam as long as you migrate when the time comes.
