Outbreak perfected door still locked
I have the enemy of my enemy triumph door still says locked any help?

Did you finish all three post-campaign adventures on titan, or just the first one? If you have any adventures/quests to do on titan, do them. If you have no adventures available on titan and the door is still locked, check Sloane's inventory for abandoned quests. It'll be on a second page.
