I see it's on sale now on PS-store, but still. It INCLUDES the base game. So I didn't buy it since I've already have the base game. Is there REALLY no other way to upgrade without buying the base game AGAIN?? Is it so hard to just make a upgrade bundle for players wanting to return who already has the base game? I'm not buying the bundle because I don't support buying a game two times.
Also if there was an upgrade bundle wouldnt it cost 40dollars before sale, going by this logic:
Destiny 2: Forsaken Complete Collection: 99dollars
Destiny 2: Upgrade bundle: 99dollars - 59dollars(Base game) = 40dollars ??
My point is the sale is good for NEW players. But not for returning players already owning the base game.

2 RepliesDestiny 2, CoO, and Warmind are going to be free. What you're paying for at the 39.99 for the Complete Collection now is for Forsaken+Annual Pass. Destiny 2, the base game, was originally 59.99 digitally. When Forsaken released, the Legendary Collection was 59.99 and included the base game, so the Destiny 2 base game was removed from storefronts; there was no more need for just the base game. Until the announcement, Forsaken+Annual Pass was being sold as a bundle for 69.99. Take note that that was JUST the DLCs, no base game. After the announcement, the Complete Collection price dropped from 99.99 to 39.99 (now cheaper than the Forsaken+Annual Pass cost) while it also includes Forsaken+Annual Pass. Since it now includes Forsaken+Annual Pass, and the base game, and Curse of Osiris, and Warmind, other buying options are now obsolete. If you wanted just the DLC, you would have been paying 69.99, and now will only need to pay 39.99, but are complaining because the purchase includes something you already own, which is included at no charge. You're not paying for something you already own; you're buying something and it just happens to include, for free, something you already own. I know you may not like the fact that owning the content included doesn't entitle you to a discount on your purchase, so it's really up to you to decide where you feel your money should go.
