Fun, pretty simple, chaotic, press forward, blow shit up, collect loot. Best thing you guys have made for this game in a long time. I'll stick around and play the -blam!- outta this!

2 RepliesD1 I raised every week... d2 ? A few times. Last wish once got the 1k never did it again haven’t tried the last 2. They just are not as fun as d1.... vog & Crota.

3 RepliesI think the menagerie and raids can co exist without starting arguments. Raids can be for people who can setup fireteams and complete tough mechanics Menagerie is for people who Won’t make fireteams and can’t do big mechanics.
-
I disagree. I think raids should stay as a challenging experience. But I do like how the Menagerie has some light raid mechanics for more casual players.
-
That isn’t the raid 😂 it’s just a simple 6 player activity with a few raid mechanics from the leviathan raid
-
3 RepliesNo, it is fun having mechanics in the raid and being able to wipe. We had crota in d1 which was a snoozefest...
-
-
No. Raids should NOT be like menagerie.
-
Nah. Raids should stay complex and challenging how they currently are, and there should be more activities on the same level as Menagerie
-
2 Repliesit kinda is a raid but without wipes.

1 ReplyEdited by JHarv: 6/8/2019 7:03:37 PMI think the tiers of content should be as follows Top Tier - Raids / Trials Mid Tier - Nightfall, Menagerie/Dungeon, Competitive Crucible Base Tier - Strikes, Gambit, Crucible, Public Event, World Activities And the rewards should indicate your success at that level. Trials and Raids should always have the best rewards in the game. That's your aspirational content that people should yearn for. Without top rewards, nobody will care. The top players in each PvP and PvE categories should get something to show off for their success at the toughest challenges. And I don't mean best weapons by top rewards, I mean armor with unique perks, ornaments, shaders, sparrows, ships, emblems, and maybe unique exotics specific to those activities. Mid tier should be something that has matchmaking and everybody can dabble in but is still a challenge and has some unique rewards. Low tier is your free-to-play stuff that everyone can have fun with regularly, every day.
-
4 RepliesExactly. I don't do raids because they are just way too much effort for little reward.
-
So you essentially want Raids to be as easy as Vanilla Destiny 2 ?
-
YA THINK!? 😂
-
I like the Menagerie, but raids should definitely be more complex than that. Raids are good the way they are.
-
Nope. Menagerie is fun but laughably easy and you're able to carry 1 brain-dead guy and 1 afk through it. Raid would be -blam!-ing boring like that
-
Agree.

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 6/7/2019 12:15:40 PMYes! Or at the very least, raids should have an alternative version that is set up like The Menagerie, that rewards only a single piece of raid gear a week. I’d actually do raids every week if it was like that. The current trial and error synchronized swimming mechanics of raids is the opposite of fun to me. It takes me forever to bring myself to play a raid once. I really don’t like them as they are now.

-
2 RepliesNo exactly the opposite for me, while the activity is ok it's pretty easy and requires zero communication and is in no way challenge. Raids need stay as is.
-
no thanks, menagerie is fun but easy
-
Menagerie is a snooze fest.

8 RepliesEdited by Spooky_Ari: 6/6/2019 3:15:32 PMAt least for a tutorial Story mode. Normal Raids should still be difficult. (probably Heroic Menagerie)
