Those maps are NOT meant to be part of the Annual Pass. Your own picture states as much.
They were meant to be part of the regular content updates. You miss the point just as much as OP. The Annual Pass never promised these things. I mean come on... the first words in your own picture are "In addition to." That should indicate something to you.... Not to be rude, but reading comprehension is generally a good place to start before you lay down an "argument".
The Free Live Service Updates is where they let you down, not the Annual Pass.
Plus - and this is a bit lame - but you haven't considered we still have Season of Opulence. They may release maps during that time (but I wouldn't hold my breathe.)
Regardless, 'seasonal content' and 'annual pass content' are NOT the same.

Who is it pissing the bed? Why do you have to be so dramatic? A lot of us can be critical of things while maintaining a calm demeanor. Just because someone criticizes something doesn't mean they lost their cool. The guy is concerned because he was let down. He is allowed to be, he is a paying customer. he has voiced his concern, and will in the future, makes a decision on if he buys the pass or not. That's pretty much how things work. For whatever reason, it bothers you enough to reply in an agressive tone to the guy. They failed to deliver on crucible maps. You obviously dont care about crucible maps. Just for the record, i dont care either, and I dont enjoy PvP but that is a completely different discussion. The poster obviously does. Why does it have to be, as you would say, a pissing match as to whose opinion matters more? As a customer, if a business tells me they are going to provide something in return for my money, i fully expect them to deliver on it.
