Hi. This should be resolved. Please try sending yourself the email again to verify the email and then send yourself the Bungie Rewards code.

  • Thanks so much for the quick response. I did indeed try to send myself the verification email 5 minutes ago (3:36 PM PST) and received the "Validation error, wait 24 hours..." message again. I tried to change to another email address again and received an error message that I couldn't do that at this time because I had changed my email to many times in the last 24 hours. I also tried again to just send myself the rewards code, but, again, no success on that front. I'm using Outlook as my mail app, am using a PC rather than a tablet/phone, and have a standard .com email address...and in fact a bit earlier this afternoon I received an email from Bungie sharing info about Opulence so I know that there is a good email on file with you all. It is all a bit confusing and, with upcoming deadlines for rewards, a bit stressful. Thanks for your support...it is indeed a conundrum. I'm happy to share Xbox gamer tag, etc, if that helps on your side to resolve this issue.

  • Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you'll be able to change your email to verify it.

  • Coolio. I'm happy to wait 24 hours to see if it works out. So, in 24 hours, I should change my email address in my profile, get that email verified, then request the rewards code. I'm just being clear because if I screw it up again I'll have to wait another 24 hours. Does that all sound right? Again, Thanks.

  • Yes, that is correct, unless you want to verify the email already there in which case you can verify that one then send yourself the Bungie Rewards code.
