Edited by RK Trapzz: 5/30/2021 11:13:21 AMI got stingray and storage space even though there's enough storage space available
-
3 RepliesHas anyone had any luck on fixing the stingray issue??? I've done everything and still nothing.
-
my friends were getting that code too but i was still able to log in
-
Wasn't this due to server maintenance?
-
I got this last night. Reset Xbox. Nothing. Loaded another game. (Monster Hunter). Back to XBox Menu. Loaded Destiny 2. Fixed.

5 RepliesEdited by RootilyTootToot: 5/30/2019 1:44:45 PMJust to keep it fresh, for Xbox; Settings - Disc & Blu-Ray - Blu-ray - Persistent Data - Clear Persistent Data. Edit: This was a temporary solution and was weaseled soon after I loaded. However, signing out of your Xbox live and loading D2 and signing in when prompted by the game has allowed me to play.

Edited by ScottF 2112: 5/30/2019 1:32:38 PMI had it last night. Bungie had a tweet, or maybe a note here somewhere, to clear your cache on X Box. That worked for me
-
I’ve been having this same problem on XBOX ONE. I’ve reset my Xbox, and reinstalled D2 with all DLC. Nothing is working. Please help Bungie.
-
2 RepliesI've done everything and is not working BUNGIE stop being incompetents and fix this shit or give my money back
-
Not sure if they are related but anthem keeps doing the same thing, can’t connect to servers maybe it’s Xbox live
-
1 ReplyI had a Stingray code. I tried everything from a Hard Reset to clear the cache, Clearing Alternate MAC Address, Signing Out and back in, and Router Reset. Then I went to “Settings, Disc and Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and Clear Persistent Data”. I immediately could log in without a console reset. Hopefully this works for you as well.
-
1 ReplyA hard reset worked for me! Hold the xbox butten util it is all powered out. Unplug it and then try starting it(to drain it remainings of power) then wait 10 sec and plug it back in and play!
-
It's doing the same to meee :'("''""
-
1 ReplyI've fully restarted (pulled the plug and waited 5 minutes) five times already and am still getting the Stingray error (Xbox one).
-
I guess, much like everyone here I have the same issue and nothing seems to fix it... bummer... going back to Dauntless or any other game....
-
Nothing is fixing it for me ://
-
Had it pop up twice and just shut off the console. Seems to be quite the thing today.
-
I as well am getting this error code and it is anoying
-
Same thing is happening to me. RIP
-
2 RepliesLiterally. I have been getting stingray for an hour. I hard reset my Xbox and it worked but then started getting error marionberry. So I reset destiny and now I’m getting stingray again.
-
Doesn't surprise me. I've been saying the game has been running poorly and nobody believes me. I just shut the game down twice and it worked for me. But its clearly not an Xbox issue. It may be both but not just xbox.
-
2 RepliesI tried every suggestion in this thread multiple times and I'm still getting Stingrays.
-
Clearing the cache did not work for me. I give up; I'm gonna play something else.
-
8 RepliesSomeone else said it but I cleared the persistent storage and was able to log on after that
-
I haven't played for a month or 2 and decided to come back and play, but getting stingray error. All other games are fine. Tried all the suggestions listed here (clear cache, clear persistent data, alternate MAC, etc.), but still stingray. The only thing I haven't tried is moving the game from SSD to internal, Frankly if it won't play from SSD, it's not worth playing any longer.

1 ReplyStingray here too. Guess it's back to Warframe. Can't say I've ever really had any stingrays there.
