So Revoker (pvp pinnacle weapon) is basically WHY Whisper got nerfed
Wow. So instead of rewarding us for doing good with precision shots on Whisper with free ammo, we just flip that idea on its head by rewarding us for bad performance (missing shots) and refunding ammo back with Revoker. I'm at a loss Bungie. [b][/b]

Not really. Revoker basically still only has 18(example of its full reserves) shots, because that’s all you’ll ever be able to actually do damage with. Whisper could output infinite shots that did damage, which is a completely different scenario Infinite > Whatever Revokers total reserve will be
