Not receiving reward code email

Over the last several days, I have been attempting to pre-order a jersey. I went to my profile rewards page and emailed myself a code. I verified the email address is correct. I have checked my spam box too. However, I have not received any email with a code and the deadline is approaching quickly. I looked at a few other recent threads and see people that have issues with the emails, but I'm not even getting an email. I have not changed my email in quite some time and have received these codes in the past. Any ideas?

    • I’m having the same issue. I might have screwed myself more though by trying to change my email address on my account, not getting a verification email sent to that new address, and then trying to change my email back. Ughhhhhh

        Hey there. Thanks for your report. If you're still not receiving any emails after several days I suggest creating a new email address and verifying that to see if it will receive any Bungie Rewards emails.

          • I started a thread about this same topic a couple days ago, I tried all the same things everyone is saying with no luck. Contacted bungie’s support directly and all I got is that they are a 3rd party support and can’t do anything. So it looks like we are out of luck for this reward unfortunately. No one seems to know the cause

            I'm having the same issue. I sent myself a code earlier today but it hasn't come through my email yet. I've checked my spam, and even switched to a different email and validated it with no luck. The deadline for this reward is less than a week away and I'm getting pretty nervous about getting this reward.

          • Looks like I'm having the same issue. I'm not receiving any email codes when trying to claim the Prime Jerseys, this hasn't been an issue in the past. I just tried changing my email address (both used were Gmail accounts anyway) but haven't received a validation email either. It's going to be a bit awful if I miss out because of this.

            • Same here. Tried on all of my Email accounts and still nothing. Glad that it's not just me bud mad that it's happening...

              Same here. I successfully redeemed a code in Season of the Forge for the Crimson Days Hoodie, but I have not received an email for the Thorn t-shirt to my gmail address. The links in the email I received upon completing the Thorn triumph all now report that they have expired. I guess I'll try a different email address? Unfortunately, verifying an email address can take up to 24 hours -- great...
