I'm attempting to verify my email for bungie rewards but I'm not getting the email.
I have tried two different addresses, checked spam and everything that was recommended in troubleshooting.
Please assist so I can give you money.

3 RepliesHi Dreadmute. Thanks for reporting this to us. If you're still not receiving any emails after several days I suggest creating a new email address and verifying that to see if it will receive any Bungie Rewards emails. We've been monitoring Gmail not sending these emails right away - you may have to wait a few hours to receive the email.

1 ReplyI was having the same issue. I was trying to get code using my iPhone then I thought I’d try my laptop. Once I used the laptop and had code sent to email I received the code instantly. Try a pc or laptop to get code sent then do the rest on ur phone

This is happening to me as well for the Prime Sentry Jersey. I've removed and replaced email multiple times, and have attempted to send the code for days now.

2 RepliesSame here. I've been slowly migrating important sites/accounts to a newer email address and finally got around to the Bungie Rewards one. I updated the email address (Changed from an Outlook to a Gmail address, don't know if that's part of the problem), double checked that my email settings were correct, and then tried to verify my email. Nothing. The verification email never showed up and I can't request a new one for at least another 10 hours. I just thought that Bungie's systems were busy or overloaded or something. But now I'm sure that there's a legitimate problem because there are two threads here on the same issue.

1 ReplyMaybe there is still a problem with some domains like iCloud, hotmail, outlook, and a few others. Gmail should work. Have you tried this?
