For a double kill to count towards the percentage of this triumph there you only need to get an initial kill and finish a second person off with a grenade launcher and receive the medal. This only applies to weapons however, and getting a kill with a melee or an ability kill and then finishing off an additional opponent in the span of the timer with a grenade launcher does not progress the triumph, despite the medal appearing and the grenade launcher kill showing in the feed.
