It's a terrible analogy, here It's like saying the police have a low IQ because they gave you a ticket and failed to also solve the drug trafficking problem. When, unbeknownst to the speeding ticket recipient, the police that gave him a ticket are not employed for the purpose of catching drug traffickers...that's a different department...and they do their own thing... Why? Because if you simply ban them, they come back with new accounts, because they are sponsored by 3rd party companies. Why do they allow this? To let the little fish latch on, so they can use it to catch the big fish. The company funding these repeat offenders with new accounts every time they get banned. They need time to rework the proxy and any other device or program they use to mask their IP . -
New accounts still have to reach the farm. You can no longer just spam accounts without spending an hour playing through the beginning of d2.

But 3rd party companies pay some 20 yr old in Malaysia to get the accounts they purchase to lvl 700 in a day or 2, they then make tons of money on all of those accounts at once, before they are banned, but by that time there are 20 more for each one that got caught. I know this for absolute fact. I used to try finding these accounts for game devs, until my info got stolen. -

No they had a ghost and got my info using a key logger, when I caught it I was already being set up for a piggyback, I had to pull my power source and disconnect the router...still havent plugged that bad boy in lol. I basically gave up on that machine. I wish it had been a rip. -
