I’ve posted this elsewhere, but If you’re running warlock, try bottom tree stormcaller, getaway artist (if you have it), and risk runner. Risk runner does the deed more consistently than nova I found. It’s practically a mini stormcaller. Target red bars, chain damage to orange bars and then finish them off, generally ignore the yellows as the take too long to kill. Pop and arc soul (either normal or super) before sailing into battle for that bit of extra damage. Works best with fallen or cabal as they will proc arc conductor for you. I think I got about 6-7 of the medals using risk runner and stormcaller. (To be fair, risk runner would prob work with any roaming arc subclass. I just happen to main a warlock)

The medal has to be reworked I’ve been trying all season with all builds full fireteams only have 1 medal to show for it and that was due to combination blow extra damage bug with all the pends nerds this medal will be near impossible given enemy spawns are not that grouped the timer should change to 4 or 5 seconds the kills should drop to 10 better yet they why not both! all I need is 9 medals to get my reckoner seal been playing GP hardcore for past 2 weeks and still no progress! Fed yo yo and bored to hell with gambit will have to just forget this seal unless changes are made.

I did them in the last week using a Nova Bomb. It was not easy, probably close to 75 games or more. I think the problem is the 3 second timer. Once the main Nova Bomb hits the orbs it spawns have to travel to the next victims. That takes time. What I did was to try and make sure there were two groups of enemies a little apart. Throw the Bomb at one group and start Jptunning the other. When I saw my super refilled I then threw the next Bomb at the second group. Legion's folly is where I got 7 of them. Steppes 4 times, base twice, drill once. Once at The Rig on Deep Six, once at the Depot on New Arcadia, and once at the Trees on Emerald Coast. If the AI is Vex or Hive you can basically forget it. 8 of mine were Cabal and 2 were Scorn. Hope that helps.
