Are you on a wired or wireless connection? What are your tested network stats (up/down speed, latency/ping, jitter, packet loss, etc)?

  • I have my Xbox wired to my router. I ran a speedtest and it says I have 56.0 download mbps and 6.0 upload mbps. I have experienced package lost a while back so it may be that I just haven't thought of it recently for some reason. Once I get back home I'll disconnect my modem and wait a few minutes and let you guys know if that was the issue.

  • Ok. Thanks for responding. Yea. I would definitely recommend starting with clearing console cache while simultaneously power-cycling your modem/router. Then see if that helps things. If not, you may need to get your ISP involved to hopefully determine why your connection isn’t staying connected enough (as even minor packet loss can cause disconnects with Destiny).

  • Forgot to add my ping is 12ms and my jitter is 2ms. Claims I have no package lost but it's said that before when I did have package lost.
