Was the original Bungie account made with the Xbox account? If so you need to unlink your Xbox account from the new Bungie account, and then recover the old Bungie account with the Xbox details.

It was originally made with a battle.net account and then i linked my Xbox account to the battle.net account accidentally which caused me to loose access to my original account, however i have tried unlinking my Xbox account from the new account and trying to recover it but the option wasn't there.

Okay so when you had the Xbox account not linked to any Bungie profile and then tried to recover the option wasn’t there? The Bungie account you’re on now, is this the only one that’s been made since you lost your original Bungie account?

yes correct and i created a another new account trying to figure out where the recovery option was but i removed to link from it i think by adding it back to this account, so there are two new accounts and an old account and my xbox should only be linked to this account, i hope this all makes sense

Unfortunately, since there is no linked account attached to that account, it's impossible to log back into it or relink to it.

We are unable to access player accounts. Yes, we do offer an article on how to recover accounts but if it doesn't show up then there is no way to access it.

But I just want to know why it’s not showing up saying that there is no account linked makes no sense when when it’s supposed to be there. plus I have lost emblems that I have paid for.

I don't mean to sound rude but could it be possible to get responses faster as you said there is a 90 day window and I would really like to get this issue resolved.

Unfortunately, if your previous account isn't showing up in the recovery step, it's not possible to regain access to it.

Well is it possible to have new codes sent to me for the emblems that I lost because there is no reason as to why it is not showing up to be recovered and it doesn’t seem you know why it doesn’t either.

Unfortunately, those codes were from the Bungie Store so you will need to contact [url=https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service]their customer service[/url] to see if they can give you new codes.

Ok will do but there is also an emblem form the revelry called the answered call that I have lost, would it be possible to have that sent to me again.

Its only been 9 days since the account was lost and I have reviewed the entire article and have tried what it says to do multiple times, which is why im confused as to why it doesn't show up as an option to be recovered. especially when i have tried with a different account and it has worked following the exact steps in the article. also, because you can see that it was my account would it be possible to transfer the lost purchases to this account or have new codes sent to me?

That can’t be true there is a whole article on how you can recover lost accounts with nothing linked to it and I have tried with a different a account and it has worked. It’s just that account doesn’t work for some reason.
