  • not even close. pvp feels so much better at the start of matches until bots start popping supers back to back.

    Yeah I can agree with that statement. But just a slight nerf to damage resistance for supers where snipers can headshot or shotgun melee can kill would help tremendously. And just make it so super mods don’t work in pvp 🤷🏼‍♂️ I don’t even use em. *also, bots?

  • I really don’t have a problem with abilities. Very rarely do I get killed by grenades, and when I do, it’s my fault cause I was predictable in my movement and was killed by a well played grenade. And melees are melees. But I run striker with syntho’s so I don’t mind 😂 (used to be a die hard sunbreaker, but bottom tree striker is just stupidly good. It’s the next sleeper when it comes to supers) Supers I do find annoying. If they could just lower their armor a tad it wouldn’t be bad. Pop em in the head with a sniper or shotgun, game over 🤷🏼‍♂️. And class abilities hardly play a factor.

  • I know a few people who did. I didn’t mind the primary Gun play. Have always been a fan of that. The team shot/camping however? No. Never. That play style can die in a hole for all I care. And I also like how supers were somewhat killable.

  • I agree for the most part, but I feel like Bungie went too far with it as usual. Instead of shooting marshmellows and standing in corners we're playing permanent mayhem.

  • Because the community is freaking stupid. They don’t know what they want. And honestly mayhem is waaaaay worse lol. Grenades really aren’t that powerful.

  • Except now we have a sandbox that is exceptionally more balanced. Not great, but better than vanilla D2. Especially once LH/NF gets nerfed.

Got a ghost medal and a 17 kill streak with chaperone and a blue sniper on endless vale. Ended with like 30+ kills with a 3kd

  • I still think shotguns are a little much and some fusions are too (erentil), but most weapons can compete against special weapons. I still think it would be more fun than the super shitfest that crucible is right now. Supers regenerate too fast (with mods and all) and the damage resistance is too high for all supers, besides golden gun.

    No I agree. Shotguns are tricky. Either they are to good, or a piece of crap. With movement in destiny, it’s hard to balance. The max kill range of a good rolled shotgun is 9m. A guardian can travel 9 meters in .7 seconds. And that’s the problem. Most guns don’t have a .7 ttk to kill said shotgun before they reach you. I don’t want shotguns needed into the ground (this coming from somebody who runs double primaries 75% of the time, and the 25% usually a sniper. Rarely erentill or chaperon). And erentil has always been strong. Just been overshadowed by lunas/NF cause same spot. And you also have a better chance at gunsmith god rolls with the buff awhile back. But yeah, I’ve been killed from almost handcannon range with a godroll erentil. But fighting that is more so spacial awareness and hugging cover. *and yes, I whole heartedly agree with a slight nerf to super armor. Enough for high impact (maybe mid impact) headshot kills. And shotgun kills. Erentil can already two voop any super. And this coming from a bottom tree striker who can get 7+ kills in a super with smart play. 🤷🏼‍♂️
