i can’t get the bounty for west of sunfall 7
Brother Vance won’t give me the box or whatever to get the gun and idk what to do or how to fix it

Unfortunately, it is all up to RNG. As Pyro pointed out, all you can do is keep checking back every week till he has what you need. For reference, I just saw a post from another forum regular on this topic that mentioned it took him two months till he got the one he needed. In your case, may RNGesus be on your side. Nothing you can do but wait. Vance offers three verses each week, but if any of those verses are ones you've already completed, they won't appear, so you may have one, two, or even zero, depending on how many verses you've already completed. All you can do is check each week and see if he's offering the verse you still need.
