I saw that video too. See, the problem with you and the lawyer in this video is that the only thing you both took away from the video was Ross saying, "games as a service is fraud", but multiple times throughout the video? He points out that there are little things that make that statement somewhat incorrect. He is asking the question on whether or not it COULD be considered fraud, as a way to begin the discussion that will, hopefully, make game developers be more accountable for selling us a shitty product and refusing to fix it or provide us a way to continue playing it long after their services to the product are over.
