Shuro Chi Challenge Bounty

Hey there, I completed the Shuro Challenge and turned it in, only to not receive loot. Nothing in postmaster and nothing awarded in bags. Perhaps just a bug? Any help is appreciated. Wouldn't mind so much if I hadn't spent 2 hours for it lmao.
