The nerfs to:
Whisper
Skull
Orphues Rigs
Needed to happen whether you like it or not. They broke the game and made many activities in the game way too easy.

Bungie's stale encounter design made the game way too easy.

Not really but okay lol. Take away the constant well of radiance, constant tethers and the reckoning would be difficult. Take away whisper the places where its best at would make those places more difficult... by “places” i mean 2-3 raid bosses.

I would suggest unplayable, as it was designed for those and would be like removing parts of the machine. That stale design is the root of the problem. They mob you with trash ads that are just begging to be farmed, snipers everywhere demanding you have a constant heal pool, and Ultras ready to bunce you off the bridge if not murdered on sight,[i] ALL AT THE SAME TIME[/i]

and what about all the time we as players have wasted to get these weapons ace of spades sleeper whisper and others you call that fair no point doing quests anymore

Sleeper and whisper got hit a biiiit too hard, but they essentially melted bosses without you actually having to engage them pre-nerf. That’s not really that fun, tbh

They are not taking them away lol. You can still use them. Ill agree that the sleeper, lord of wolves, ace(got hit too hard) was pointless.

Not Orpheus... and it broke Shards of Galanor. It just doesn't return anything at all sometimes.

You could get practically infinite supers in activities with a lot of adds

Shards still gave WAY more and could generate from a single target... Until the Nerf which has completely broken mine... But like you said takes adds and alot of them. They weren't the most universal in that respect.

Yes orpheus... The Shards and Ursas need a FIX not a buff. They need to be more consistent thats all. Orpheus makes every activity with a shit ton of ads a cake walk because the tether stuns the enemies and it takes away the challenge when you get it back right away. Imagine Reckoning without Orphues Rigs... might actually be a challenge.

I never said buff them... And the Orpheus we're never terribly great at returning super anyway.

Not terribly great... thats why its basically the only exotics hunters use in PvE lol.

Every piece of gear in the game is situationally dependent. Shards always gave a better return. Why beg for a Nerf? I mean if these items make the game too easy for you then don't use them. He'll go throw on some blue gear. There are harder activities you can do too.

2 days later... They never should have made exotics that grant your super back in the matter of seconds. If anything the super exotics should be reworked to extend the length of the supers and not grant them back right away. Example: Doom Fang Pauldrons, they extend the super but do not grant it back right away after its over.

Well by that logic they shouldn't have made super mods or mods at all for that matter. You give up something for everything you choose to equip. This is why you can only equip a single exotic. Now understand, I don't take issue with the Nerf it's self. Bungie screwed this one up as they have others in the past. They broke an item. Honestly though nerfing like they are simply seems a way of stretching content.

Mods and exotics are not on the same level so there is no logic there. Mods do not grant the same benefits that an exotic does so where you got that from is beyond me. Agree or disagree i really dont care. These nerfs are happening whether you and I want them or not.
