How do I join a faction?
I want the Sunshot Catalyst which can be found by pledging to the followers of the war. I checked some youtube video and found that I need to join a faction, but I can't interact with the faction vendors!

You cant. Bungie nerfed that almost a year ago.

Faction Rallies haven't been around for a long time.
