Kill clip vs Rampage pulse rifle

Rampage for PVE. Kill clip for PVP. Kill clip will do more damage in a burst. Rampage will do more damage over time if you have enough things in front of you to kill.

I’d say rampage every time. Works with Luna rifts and rally barricades, easy to stack in quick succession and you can just put a rampage spec on your weapon to increase your time with it.
