Fighting Lion Catalyst reload stat unnoticeable
After grinding for month(s) and getting this catalyst I don't see any difference in the launcher.
There little to no change in reload speed of the gun and if there is a little change, that little change is not worth the grind at all.
Can someone help me?

22 RepliesUse a grenade launcher besides FL, to get mountain top. Mountain top > Fighting Lion, so that is the grenade launcher you want. Some exotics are useless, Fighting Lion is one of them. Seen shots bounce of opponents, seen it fail to 1 hit on direct hits, it bounces in ways i can't predict 95% of the time, it is simply not an exotic worthy of the class. Yet a shotgun at max range one shots any target. A shotgun > explosive grenade. Think about that for a while and accept, stuff doesn't make sense all the time in this game and go with what is most effective.

nope, you're right it's lousy. it should make it reload like the outlaw perk but it doesn't, they should also give back the blinding effect too.

Its something like 10-15% faster iirc. Add enhanced nade launcher loader into the mix and it is quite fast.

5 RepliesFighting lion was my favourite gun in D2 when I was playing. It’s so fun to use, I don’t care if it’s not meta. I can’t remember how much of a reload improvement the catalyst done, but noticed the boost to primary stats after you switch. I paired it with Bygones, Redrix Claymore, Dire Promise or West of Sunfall 7. It’s better to switch to primary to finish the kill, for instant reload anyways.

5 RepliesThe catalyst should have been explode on impact if trigger not held. They're too scared of grenade launchers working how grenade launchers actually work. The bounce thing is bull shit. Thumpers don't -blam!-ing do that unless the grenade is malfunctioning.

5 RepliesI'll help you. About 7-8 months some bungie dev got their ass handed to them in pvp because someone was using a fighting lion. The fighting lion was not meta or popular by any means. But the butthurt dev needed revenge so the fighting lion was nerfed into the ground for no reason. Then the devs gave the trash away along with the catalyst to everyone who went into the haunted forest. You clearly did not go into the haunted forest or you would have gotten the catalyst like everyone else. so they nerfed the fighting lion for absolutely no reason. Now it's trash.

4 RepliesThat green bar don't mean squat sometimes, dude To make stats like those noticable is pairing them with armor reload perks Redundant, I know but yeah, killing the enemy thats damaged by your grenades is just an easier process

13 RepliesThats not the only thing the catalyst is doing. It also increases accuracy/handling for the kinetic/power weapons that you have equipped.
