Create, Bait, Nerf - Not To Be Trusted

They should have just put in counters to popular OP guns, if they were worried that certain Exotics would be OP with the upcoming content. Or make bosses resistant to boss melting strats.

Yeah this batch of nerfs is why I decided to not even bother getting the catalyst for Outbreak Perfected. I loved the whisper mission and did the oracle puzzle for 3 weeks so I could upgrade the catalyst and get the ship, but after seeing how far that gun has fallen I don't see why I would bother doing the same for Outbreak. What's the point if it will just be a yellow legendary in a few months?

Yes its a bait and switch. Bungie KNEW that whisper would be a problem because it was in D1....and wait for it.....shocker....its the same damn problem with the same solution so if you played D1 you have paid for this twice. F'ing crazy

14 RepliesKnow who else does this but their community doesn't complain? League of legends. New Champs are always broken, they get nerfed and everyone is just moving on. They nerfed stiff that needed it. Can we just see the bigger picture instead of just the word "nerf".
