it is clearly fake, I would recommend removing their info from your post (pics include their name) as it violates code of conduct. As for the rest, if you did nothing wrong there is nothing to worry about even if they reported you. as for them pretending, just report them and move on.

Wait, I'll get a violation for using a partial name without the #info, but impersonating Bungie doesn't? We all know reports don't matter. I deleted the images anyway.

yes, because it is quite easy to get the rest of the info, and I am sure the hundreds of players who have been banned and restricted would be glad to know that reports don't work. And yes, impersonating Bungie employees is against code of conduct but that is going to be brought to their attention via reporting.
