Event Triumphs
New triumph notification is showing on my Events triumph, but there is no blue, outlined triumph for me to select and remove the uncollected notification.

This is a known issue related to a Crimson Days Triumph. There is nothing you can do to clear it. You’ll just have to ignore it until Bungie patches it.
