Seriously, I'm out.
Bungie's solution has always been to nerf everything.
This game was on life support and today they pulled the plug.
Edit: Just started playing Hollow Knight. A very well done indie metroidvania. Highly recommend it.

Is division 2 any good? I’ve been interested for a while, but destiny takes most if not all my time

Edited by Demon_XXVII: 5/18/2019 10:48:51 PMThe Division 2 Detailed, huge map, aggressive AI, multiple weapon builds, strongholds, 8 man raid Combat/cover system is better than Div1 Multiplayer Immersive Fun! The Witcher 3 GOTY HUGE (the DLC content is bigger than most triple A titles) Dying Light + Expansion Multiplayer, aggressive enemies Has some truly difficult endgame too The Last of Us Rainbow 6 Siege All of the last 4 can be picked up fairly cheap

I'm replaying Borderlands 2 in "preparation" for BL3. So much fun and guess what's best: TONS of REALLY POWERFUL loot that WILL NEVER BE NERFED.

Anthem...
the destiny killer
There are many games out there to choose from. But if you're looking for a multi-player looter/shooter let's look at a few off the top of my head: Warframe - A huge and complex game. Has a large player base mainly, I would argue, because it is free. The player base would probably be much smaller if it had a $60 entry fee with $40 or $20 for DLC's. You know you are playing a free to play game when playing. It has pvp but no one plays it. Third person shooter. Division 2 - A big and critically praised game. $60 with, supposedly, free DLC's for at least a year. Nice perk system. The player base loved the game at first but now is up in arms over several issues most recently the new raid. Two days in and PC players are speed running the Raid but no console players have beaten it. PVP is almost dead. In my opinion clunky movement mechanics. Third person shooter. Borderlands 3 - Don't know much about it. Looks cartoonish and irreverent. I might even try it if my friends do. Depends on what Bungie does in September. First person shooter. Anthem - LOL Despite whatever issues it has Destiny has a polish and elegance that none of the games above have. Plus its shooting and moving mechanics are very hard to beat. Probably the reason so many have a love/hate relationship with the game.

Anthem!!!! Ftw!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
-
Smite is actually a lot of fun and is absolutely free
-
Breath of the Wild if you have a Switch and haven’t played it, 100+ hours easy. Crackdown 3 was fun and has Play Anywhere feature. Sky Factory 3 is always a great time killer. Sea of Thieves finally has content. Halo MCC achievement hunting.

Bruh try Bloodborne, it's very intense and it's tough but it's a great first souls borne game to get into. I've never played a souls game before and I'm on ng+ 5 on Bloodborne and it's been an amazing ride.

Multiplayer? I've been seeing people on here praising the division 2, single player? I've been really enjoying skyrim, even addicted heh...

Atari 2600 - Adventure Intellivision - Burger Time Colecovision - Buck Rogers, Planet of Zoom NES - Metroid Sega - Sonic the Hedgehog SNES - Starfox Playstation - Jet Moto PS2 - DDR Xbox - Steel Battalion It's all downhill after that

Destiny 1 , you don't have to worry about anymore nerds
-
tetris I heard is good. much better than this garbage heap of nerfs.
-
*Gestures at the entire industry catalog* Pick literally anything. Even Anthem.

Ride to Hell. You asked for a better game. You didn't ask for a good one.

Monster Hunter: World actually rewards players for their time and provides a challenge. New vanilla sized expansion coming in September.

Borderlands 2 until the new Borderlands 3 comes out in September that’s wat I’ve been doing anyways Bungie doesn’t seem to respect the players time or money we’ve paid. all we get is a copy and paste “we’re listening and gathering feedback will let the dev team know players aren’t happy with this decision “ I’m not saying this for attention or to brag but more as a example of someone like many of us who has loved this game since Destiny 1 I have over 157 days 11hours played in Destiny 2 and this is how much I assume most people in the community are upset and beyond frustrated with these constant tone deaf decisions being made lately players were already upset from the way season of the Drifter has gone and than Zero Hour came and gave a lot of us a lil hope but than the TWAB hit and that just vanished anyways just my opinion sorry about the size of this post

D1. They can’t really change much about it anymore, so it’s a safe space from all the baloney going on right now.

If you've never played Horizon Zero Dawn, you should.

Definitely not division or anthem
