second/third forge cant get quest to drop
so i have the 2 forges on the EDZ unlocked and for some reason i can not unlock the other 2 forges... everywhere i looked i was guided to kill fallen to unlock the second forge but after over 4 hours of grinding i can not get the quest to drop.. could it be because i have the first and fourth forges unlocked that i cant unlock the second and third ones?

Try killing fallen on the tangled shore. That’s where mine dropped. Vex on Nessus.

No. Just bad RNG. The 4th forge became unlocked for everyone months ago, regardless of prior forge unlocking.
