Make sure none of your fireteam have the Revelry helmets on, this can cause crashes.

Oddly enough, I had full Notorious gear on for both attempts. Only exception would've been Orpheus Rig. Satisfying to know that it is the Outbreak causing the crashes, which leads to an easy work around on my end. Wish it wasn't needed, but nothing I can do about. Thanks on confirming suspicions.

I'll have to try this tonight and see if I get the same thing. I haven't done a forge with Outbreak because most times I like running a Blast Furnace, Loaded Question, Sleeper or Whisper loadout for almost all my forges.
