• Well, geez, just let me give up then since we know they always do everything flawlessly.

 • Well...the only other option you have (which may or may not resolve things for you) is to wait until the 2nd batch of rollouts in early July.

 • They made it seem pretty clear that that the second fix is only for people who were already included in the first fix. How can I get included if I say nothing?

 • Well they stated that they were able to track everyone affected. Just because you think you were affected doesn’t necessarily mean that you were. Regardless, unless Bungie says otherwise, you/I/others have to go with the given information...and right now that is you didn’t qualify for additional engrams/items.

 • Do you understand my post? I literally had ONE item missing during most/all of the third week, opened multiple packages on the character that needed it and didn't receive it. I started getting dupes in the 2nd week. Do you think that, in all fairness, that their customer service fix SHOULD have addressed my issue? (That's a yes/no question, don't make it complicated.)

 • There was more to the guaranteed (assuming things worked as planned) than the armor pieces. So without knowing everything that you were missing, it’s hard to tell if you should/shouldn’t have been part of the initial “fix”.

 • I got everything exept the armor on two characters when I was starting to get dublicates. I should have been included in the first fix too and because they do not plan on adding us to the second fix we are trying to let them know this way.

 • Well unless they determine that they were erroneous, then there isn’t much to do about it.

 • But if nobody points out that there could be an error how will they find out that there is one?

 • That’s the thing...people have made posts saying they felt they qualify for the fix. In each one that I’ve seen, Bungie issued the quote (that’s a direct Bungie quote btw) I reference in my initial reply.

 • All right what would you do as a completionist who got everything else from eververse since season 3? Just accept it and be fine with it although you know you should be qualified?

 • Again...there’s nothing you can do unless Bungie does a 2nd review & determines their initial review left out you/others.

 • You clearly do not understand. I. Was. Missing. 1. One. 1. One 1. One. Thing. My original post already says that it was the Titan mark. So let's try again. I was missing ONE thing. An armor piece. I have eliminated all other items. I open several packages on my Titan and do not get it. In the absence of the bug, I would have received it under these conditions. (As far as I recall, in past seasonal engrams, you could even get armor pieces for other classes if that's all that was left.) Again, Yes or No, would it be "fair" to think that I should be included in a customer service fix and receive the Titan mark?

 • My answer is no. Bungie doesn’t feel that you should’ve been given engrams as a fix, and they are the ultimate authority in who fell into the fix.

 • How much clearer can I make it that I would have gotten everything if not for the bug? Mine is pretty much the perfect example. How incredibly unlikely/coincidental would it be that someone was missing exactly ONE item given that the bug exists? I know that all of the data on my account supports what I'm saying. You can't even behave decently. "Gee, that does sound like the fix should have included you BUT it is what it is." Are you some sort of forum bot? They made a very generic fix that is not perfect. How can a "fair" bug fix ignore people that were affected? You don't speak for them. They didn't actively "feel" that I shouldn't be given them. I was passively not included.

 • Wow...so you think you were just randomly ignored/left off the “fix”? Anyway...I’m out.

 • I think the fix was imperfect. I have gone to great pains to clearly state how I was legitimately affected. Nothing personal against me, the fix simply didn't resolve the issue that the bug created for everyone. Thanks for wasting all that time and then running away.

 • I never said the fix was “perfect”....we both know there have been many errors occurring lately with how things “should” be working. Furthermore, I’m not “running away”. I’ve said my piece. Now Im on to trying to assist others with their needs. Hopefully Bungie can respond to you.

 • On to type words on other posts? "Assist" might be a little conceited. Yes, you are running away. You are unwilling to actually have a real conversation so there's nothing for you here.

 • How can I be “conceited” by “trying to assist”? Nowhere did I say I could solve all problems or provide all answers. I think you need to look up the meaning of conceited. Regardless, I’m sure they’ll be more grateful for any answer (right or wrong) compared to you.

 • Their backend data determined who was impacted, and those players were included in the initial fix. Feelings either pro or con have no impact.

 • Did you read my post at all? For absolute clarity:
So let's try again. I was missing ONE thing. An armor piece. I have eliminated all other items. I open several packages on my Titan and do not get it.
The bug prevented me from getting all the items. Do you disagree with that?

 • I have read all of your posts. It is not my place to agree with you or not. Bungie's data is what is disagreeing with you.

 • What a waste of your time and mine. Why even bother replying (repeatedly)? At this point you're either being intellectually dishonest or deliberately obtuse. I don't know how you benefit by fence sitting and failing to acknowledge even the most basic statements. I'm guessing that you're just being a troll. Bungie set conditions for the fix that didn't include me. I have to done everything in my power to show that they should have. I have not asked for any customer service attention for nearly 5 years. I think this issue deserves to be looked at which is why I'm asking in the "help" section. I have no recourse but to ask or give up. I choose the first option. My choice to pursue it. You are not in the loop except as far as you try to force your way into it Thanks for all the free bumps though! Hopefully an employee will see it sooner.

 • Suggesting that I am the one being obtuse is laughable. You have seen answers that bungie has given others in your exact predicament and still choose to ignore them. Best of luck to you, but I would not recommend getting your hopes up on being the 1 exception.
