I can't find the drifter
He's not in his spot next to the ramen shop yet I have quests that say find him in the tower.
Why is it so hard to find NPCs in this game. As a new player it's extremely frustrating that I can't find the guy in his spot I spent about 45 mins looking for him else where with no luck..please help

1 ReplyOpen up your map while in the tower. Hover over where it says The Drifter and click A to track. Then it will show you were to go. Hopefully that works.

Hes in the annex now. Telepprt to the second transmat spot in the annex amd you will see him.
