This was brought up a few weeks ago and dmg or cozmo acknowledged it and passed it on. Hope we here something soon 🙏

Considering the fact that mapping ammo synths to the d-pad has been on the official Bungie wish list since D1 launch, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
-
But emotes? In all seriousness I agree and was one of those who advocated for that in D1, however, I would like synths that give all ammo not just one source because we will no doubt have to grind for recourses to buy them. My original point was in regards to ammo synths in general had been acknowledged by community managers DMG or cozmo (can’t remember) and it seemed positive from the response.
-
I’m just say that community managers have been “passing this along to the developers” for nearly 6 years now. “Passing along” is Bungie code for “we heard you now shut up”.
-
We had synths in D1 just not a quick select like you were talking about. D2 has never had synths, this was the feedback passed on. Two different things I’m afraid
-
Yes we had them in D1 and constantly asked for them to be mappable to the d-pad. Several times to community managers acknowledge this, pass it along to the developers, and even put it at the top of the Bungie wish list. What happened for D2? They were completely removed from the game in favor of having juggler (one of the most complained about modifiers from D1) on constantly. What Bungie says and does have no bearing on each other.
-
Mapping synths is a QoL improvement and would’ve been looked at as bottom of any list due to the fact is wasn’t impacting the game itself. Clan banners only work in raids so for missions like whisper or zero it’s become apparent there’s a need for synths again.

Edited by DarthUriah84: 5/13/2019 4:32:48 PMActually mapping ammo synthesis was at the top of the wish list because of how frequently it was requested. Especially since you would usually die when you would try to select them in your inventory because of how long it took to come up.

Edited by Icon: 5/13/2019 4:37:02 PMI’ve never seen this “wish list” but it makes sense why they’re looking into synths now and also why it may not have been either achievable or deemed necessary when you still could use them in D1. Again two different situations Do you still have the wish list? I’d love to see it personally as I missed out in D1
-
No they took it down about the time destiny 2 launched I think it was because of how much of the stuff that was on there just got completely removed from the game.

Edited by Icon: 5/13/2019 9:03:45 PMConvenient, no? A wish list I personally don’t remember has obviously left a mark for you to still remember it to this day, years later. Well we will just have to wait and see, like I originally said “I hope we hear something soon”. You sound like you have no hope, only regret and dismay, hows that panning out for you?
-
Wow think a lot of yourself. I didn’t know I was talking to a “if I didn’t see it, then it didn’t happen” type. Have a nice day.

I never denounced it, only pointed out that a main part of your argument, you cannot provide? Also you never acknowledge the facts I provided, only counter with the same argument which is redundant due to the fact D1 had synths, D2 doesn’t. But you seem quite bitter about bungie not putting in QoL improvements for synths, however, we have gotten other QoL improvements like shader dismantling, go fast update, increased vault space. All things that benefit everyone, not just a few.
