There is Noting more frustrating than trying to climb in competitive an running into a full premade fire-team. There is noting competitive about being a solo player facing off against a full team. Premade teams tend to have experience playing with each other, are coordinated, and communicate with each other. A solo player can never have any of theses with the teams they are matched with. When ever I find myself facing off against a premade team, I feel like I lost the game before it even stared. Competitive should be competitive, before the match stars both teams should be on equal footing. My suggestion to resolve this is to simply make a team competitive play list. This is the best of both worlds, people who want to climb with their friends can do it in a different play list, people who want to see how far they can climb on their own can do it in the solo competitive play list.
