Destiny has no EU servers
Everything is run off US servers in either Bellevue in the United States or some Bungie servers in Kansas. Not to mention they seem to be burning because the pings are nothing but unstable.
Is using CDNs like Amazon AWS too much to ask? I for one would like to enjoy the game with a reasonable latency that isn't 160+ ms. Enemies teleport in any mildly heavy activity, stuff like Escalation protocol with many enemies is just a big mess.
Bungie please do something or at least start by offloading your servers because they are running like hot poo poo.

3 RepliesWell here's a secret, even those servers you are connecting to are NOT real servers. They are just switching servers and character hosting. This game HAS NO HOSTING SERVERS. It is all hosted in a P2P Hybrid Mesh. So literally you are a server.

Well i'm in the UK and I have never had any of the issues you listed. Like Magis said, when we play the game we literally are the server.
