So I suggest that you first ignore Raven, he is just salty about getting banned. The first thing you should do is to go through every bit of software you have, if your not sure about some bit of software ask the forms and see what they say. Activate a scan for viruses and see if your pc is affect by one. If your still unsure about it then do a fresh reinstall of what ever operating system you got, but do this for a last option. Keep in mind when downloading software, make sure you know the software before downloading. That’s all the advice I can give you. Also make sure your not downloading any cheats or software that can inject code as they can leave to a ban even if they are not directly affecting D2.

You should probably make sure you don't have any software that is listed as a cause for a ban, then play. It's in the terms of service. I would just keep everything I have installed closed and off when playing if I were you. Don't even use discord or anything until you shut the game off.

If you were banned and you know the reason, you will be fine as long as you do not do it again or have otherwise fixed the issue that caused the ban.
